Return / Exchange Policy (Only for domestic orders)
- All Sales are refundable for the merchandise purchased on full price.
- Discounted merchandise does not qualify for refund; However, exchange will be entertained within 7 days after the package has been delivered by the courier.
- To qualify for Refund/Exchange, the item must be returned within 7 days after the package has been delivered by the courier
- Invoice or e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
- Refund/Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
Refund Policy (For International orders)
Rujhan does not offer any refund/exchange policy for international orders.
However, there are specific cases where a refund is allowed. Refund may only be issued on credit/debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order before Rujhan starts processing the shipment.
If an article is found to be defective during quality control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.
A refund will approximately take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.
Rujhan has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in quality control, or the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
